Amid rising COVID-19 cases, Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Tirath Singh Rawat inaugurated a new wing of 100-bed capacity at Pandit Deena Dayal Upadhyaya Government Coronation Hospital, on Friday.
The new hospital wing will help decongest the hospital and provide efficient services to the citizens. The new wing has general beds, a burn ward, emergency and operation theaters along with facilities for diagnosis with MRI, CT Scan, Blood Samples etc. CM Rawat also said that if further shortcomings are found they too would be taken care of.
Meanwhile, night curfew has been in Dehradun amid rising Coronavirus cases.
