Madhur Bhandarkar’s next is titled India Lockdown. The filmmaker recently wrapped up the shoot and the film’s team celebrated it with a dinner hosted by producer Pranav Jain in Mumbai.
The lead cast of the movie including Prateik Babbar, Shweta Basu Prasad, Sai Tamhankar, Aahana Kumra, Zarin Shihab, Ayeesha Aiman and Sativik Bhatia were in attendance. Writers Amit Joshi and Anuradha Saha were also present at the bash.
While they wanted to celebrate it with the entire team, they kept it intimate with a limited number of people due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation in Mumbai.
The film was shot in a start-to-end schedule in Maharashtra. The film is inspired by real events and is set around the first two months of the lockdown.
