The IPL season began with much fanfare a few days ago. However, fans of Kolkata Knight Riders were left with a sour taste thanks to their dismal performance. Shah Rukh Khan, the owner of KKR, apologized to his fans for his team’s poor performance against Mumbai Indians last night.
While Kolkata Knight Riders could have easily won, they lost by a total of 10 runs. An upset Shah Rukh apologised to his fans writing, “Disappointing performance. to say the least @KKRiders apologies to all the fans!” Here’s hoping KKR does better in its next match against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Sunday.
On the work front, Shah Rukh will be seen opposite Deepika Padukone in Pathan. The Siddharth Anand-directed movie will see John Abraham playing the antagonist.
