After Aamir Khan, Kartik Aaryan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, coronavirus’ latest superstar victim is Akshay Kumar. Akshay Kumar has tested positive for coronavirus and he confirmed the reports today by releasing a statement.
Akshay, who was shooting for Ram Setu while he got diagnosed with COVID-19, has also urged everyone who came in his contact to get tested. He wrote, “I wish to inform everyone that, earlier this morning, I have tested positive for COVID-19. Following all the protocols, I have immediately isolated myself. I’m under home quarantine and have sought necessary medical care. I would sincerely request all those that have come in contact with me to get themselves tested and take care. Back in action very soon.”
Akshay is playing an architect in Ram Setu and his look was recently released. He will be seen sharing screen space with Nushrratt Bharucha and Jacqueline Fernandez in the much-anticipated movie.
