While Varun Dhawan is busy with the shoot of his upcoming film Bhediya, new updates about his next Sanki have surfaced.
Varun is playing the lead role in Sajid Nadiadwala’s Sanki. Grapevine has it that the movie is a remake of Tamil thriller Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru. Buzz has it that Nadiawala has bought the remake rights of the movie.
If reports turn out to be true, then Varun Dhawan will be seen essaying the role of a physically challenged cop in Sanki. The film will see Parineeti Chopra opposite Varun. Though they have previously shared screen space in the song ‘Jaaneman Aah’ from Dishoom, this will be the duo’s first film together.
Coming back to Bhediya, the horror-comedy will see Varun turn into a werewolf. Directed by Amar Kaushik, the film also stars Kriti Sanon, Abhishek Banerjee and Deepak Dobriyal in the lead roles. The film is presently being shot in Arunachal Pradesh.
