Russian actress Alexandra Djavi, who was best known for her performance in South superhit Kanchana 3, was found hanging at her rented apartment in Goa on Friday.
The police is presently interrogating her live-in boyfriend. Reportedly, her boyfriend wasn’t at home, when she died. Advocate Vikram Varma, the Goa representative of the Russian Consulate in Mumbai, has urged the police to conduct a probe into the “possible role” of a Chennai-based photographer into her death. Alexandra Djavi had filed a sexual harassment complaint against the said photographer in 2019.
The cops are presently waiting for the Russian Consulate to give a No Objection Certificate, before going ahead with the autopsy.
