Amid the rising COVID-19 cases, superstar Akshay Kumar and his wife Twinkle Khanna have come forward to donate 100 oxygen concentrators.
A day ago, Twinkle had asked her followers to send her leads of some ‘verified, registered and reliable’ NGO, which will help distribute 100 oxygen concentrators.
The actor-turned-columnist, informed her fans last night that Akshay Kumar and she would be donating 100 oxygen concentrators. She wrote, “Wonderful news-Dr Drashnika Patel & Dr Govind Bankani of London Elite Health through Daivik Foundation are donating120 oxygen concentrators and as @akshaykumar and I have managed to get our hands on 100 as well,we have a total of 220.Thank you for the leads. Let’s all do our bit.”
Akshay too was diagnosed with COVID-19 earlier this month. He is fine now and is helping the citizens in this time of crisis.
