Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn is teaming up with producer Siddharth Roy Kapur for a satire set in the the 90s titled, Gobar.
Set in North India, the film will be helmed by Sabal Shekhawat. Ajay made the announcement today writing, “Joining forces with @roykapurfilms to bring you an aMOOsing story from the heartland of India – GOBAR!”
Ajay Devgn has been quoted saying that the film’s story is ‘unique, relatable and incredibly funny.’ Gobar chronicles the journey of a veterinarian, who stands against the local hospital after he comes to know about their corrupt practices.
The film will go on floors later this year and the casting is presently underway.
