Kangana Ranaut, who irked many people with her controversial tweets, has finally been shown the doors by Twitter. The actor’s Twitter account got suspended for inciting violence and hatred.
As Mamata Banerjee‘s party Trinamool Congress won the Bengal Elections, Kangana began a rant on Twitter. She called Banerjee an ‘unleashed monster’s and asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to tame her using his ‘virat roop’ from ‘early 2000s’.
She wrote, “This is horrible… we need super gundai to kill gundai… she is like an unleashed monster, to tame her Modi ji please show your Virat roop from early 2000’s …. #PresidentRuleInBengal.”
While a few called her out for spewing hatred and inciting violence, the others criticized her for implying that PM Modi was behind the 2002 riots. People reported her tweets and the micro-blogging site finally took down her account for hateful conduct and abusive behavior policy.
Last year, her sister Rangoli Chandel‘s Twitter account was also suspended by Twitter.
