COVID-19 cases have seen a steep spike in six states including Maharashtra. While the central government has rolled out vaccines to fight against the virus, Maharashtra government has issued fresh guidelines for its citizens. Amidst these new developments, we hear that Ranbir Kapoor has tested positive for Coronavirus.
Sources claim that the actor has quarantined himself and is resting it out and recuperating. His uncle Randhir Kapoor also confirmed that he is suffering from COVID-19. However, he later said that though Ranbir is unwell, he isn’t sure ‘what he has got.’
Earlier, Ranbir’s mom Neetu Kapaor too had tested positive for Coronavirus. She had contracted the virus while she was shooting for Jug Jugg Jeeyo. Jug Jugg Jeeyo also stars Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani and Anil Kapoor.
On the work front, Ranbir will be next seen in Shamshera, Brahmastra, Animal and Luv Ranjan‘s untitled next.
